Time to look at what’s available in the backoffice after the installation of the Pbusiness theme! Most of our brand modules can be quickly accessed from anywhere in the backoffice, via the “Quick access” menu.

- Access the front end of your website and click on the “Setting” button on the left.

If you want to change the look and feel or the appearance of your website from what’s provided in the default configuration, choose different parameters from the given options and preview the website after each change.

Note: These frontend panel settings are only available for previewing purposes. Therefore these parameters should be set up from the backoffice to make the changes permanent.

- Go to the backoffice and choose “Theme configuration” from the “Quick access” menu, and set the parameters you have chosen earlier from the front end. This process will make the changes permanent in your website.

* Note:
- After the necessary changes are done, choose “No” to disable the front settings panel. (When your site is live).
- Here you can also change default copyright text according to your preference. (Copyright text is displayed in footer of your website).
- PBusiness theme supports 2 types of layouts: full width and boxed.

When one of our themes is purchased by a customer we also provide them with our advanced modules. These advanced modules will bring new and great features to your website making it easily manageable.

1. HTML widgets

First of all you need to understand what widgets are. Widgets are combinations of text and images placed on specific positions (hooks) of the website. With this theme you can create unlimited widgets and place them in 12 different positions of your website.

Let’s take a look at our frontend after the installation of the theme. These are the widgets that are available by default:

To manage widgets, choose “HTML widgets” from the “Quick access” menu in the backoffice.

You can add (or edit) widgets with custom images, text and html and position them in 12 different positions of the website.

*Note: Uploading images with appropriate size to each widget is necessary because the upload of too large images could break the layout of the theme.

2. Rich megamenu

- Our megamenu is organized by 3 main elements: menus, columns and blocks which will give you easy and flexible ways to create different types of simple or complex structures for your top menu.

- Go to your backoffice and choose “Megamenu” from the “Quick access” menu: This contains lots of different options for your menu such as adding new menus/columns/blocks, adding transition effects, using cache, customizing CSS, sorting your menu elements and many more.

*Note: if you are transferring your site to new hosting service or domain, the “Use cache” option should be deactivated by selecting the “no” option and should be reactivated once the website is transferred, by selecting the “yes” option. “Use cache” helps to load your site faster when you have a complex menu structure.

4. Blog module

With this theme you have one of the most powerful Prestashop blog modules in the market place! You have a separated menu to manage your blog in the backoffice. This menu helps you manage your blog posts, categories, comments, slider, gallery and settings.

*Note: Set up your “notification emails” from the settings area in the backoffice to receive notification emails when someone comments on one of your blog posts or reports a comment as abused.
Tip: To have a link or a menu item to display your blog in the frontend of the website, copy the blog preview link from backoffice (shown in the image below) and add it to your top megamenu. Settings area gives you many different options for configuring your blog, take some time to check it out.
